How long does the H-1B visa process take?

The H‑1B process timeline varies based on current USCIS processing times. Premium processing is available for an additional fee and provides a response within 15 business days. We guide you through every step of the process.

Do you offer video consultations?

Yes. Our firm conducts consultations and ongoing representation primarily via Zoom, allowing us to efficiently serve clients across the United States and around the world. This virtual model enables international clients and those outside our Provo, Utah office to work with us without the need for in‑person visits.

What documents should I have ready to share during my first consultation?

Please have any relevant immigration documents open and ready to share (passports, current visas, prior applications), along with employment documents if applicable, and any correspondence from USCIS. Having these prepared helps us provide the most accurate assessment of your case.
